Registration

STEP 1

The parents should register the child's name with the school by duly submitting the filled in registration form available along with the prospectus.

Prospectus and application form is issued on payment of Rs 100/- at the school office.

The following should accompany the application for registration:

A nonrefundable registration fee of Rs 200/- payable in cash or an account payee demand draft in favour of Hallmark School payable at any branch at Secunderabad Photo copies of documents mentioned in the application form

STEP 2

A candidate will be duly registered once the application form, along with the necessary documents, are submitted or mailed by registered post to the school office, Begumpet.

The application will be accepted only if it is found to be in order along with all the information and documents. It will then be duly registered and acknowledged The last date for registration will be 30th April Registration of a candidate by the school does not in itself entitle a candidate to be considered for admission The issue of registration forms and registration will be open throughout the year on all working days at our school office at Begumpet. Parents may avail this opportunity to register their child in advance so that their child's name may be entered in the limited waiting list for the respective academic year and class for which admission is sought

Entrance Test and Interview

All the application forms will be processed by the principal and candidates found suitable will be called for an entrance test. Parents or students, not called for the test will also be informed.

Those who do not get any call within 15 days of registration, may kindly contact us by phone or in person at our school office The entrance test will be conducted as per the date informed and the candidates will be tested with regard with the basic knowledge they possess - as a pre-requisite for admission  to the particular class for which admissions are sought The date of the entrance test and the syllabus for the test will be duly informed at the time of registration Those candidates who have qualified in the entrance test will be called for the interview and such intimation will be mailed to the candidate's parents

All the eligible candidates will be interviewed along with their parents. Both the parents/guardians should accompany the candidates for the interview without fail along with the call letter.

Once the fees is paid the candidate is provisionally admitted to the school and admission will be finalized only after the parents submit the "Original Transfer Certificate" from the previous school The original school leaving certificate should be submitted before school begins i.e., the first working day of the academic year during which admission is sought If the transfer certificate is not submitted within the required time, the provisional admission will stand cancelled and under such circumstances, any kind of fee already paid will not be refunded Once admissions are closed for a particular class, during an academic year, the registration does not hold good for successive academic years and the admission fee, caution deposit and 1st installment fee are neither refundable nor transferable Admissions for candidates, who fail to join school for whatever reasons, does not hold good for the successive academic years and the admission fee, caution deposit and school fee are neither refundable nor transferable
